ICL offers a broad array of services for adults with serious mental illness. In fact, ICL has one of the most comprehensive service networks in New York City with locations in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. It also operates a residential treatment program in Montgomery County, PA.

ICL operates over 50 residential programs that include:

• Treatment oriented residences for people with mental illness and chemical addiction;

• Service enriched residences that help adults transition from homelessness and/or inpatient treatment; and

• Supported apartments where adults live independently with flexible supports.

The agency also offers ACT Teams, Blended Case Management, Outpatient Clinic Treatment, Vocational Services, Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and more.
