Christiana Gozo

Senior Vice President, Quality Improvement & Impact

 

Christiana Gozo joined ICL in December 2024 as the head of ICL’s Quality Improvement & Impact team, responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s measurement and learning systems. Previously, Christiana served as Vice President of Program Evaluation & Quality Assurance at Project Renewal, where she oversaw the strategic development of integrated performance measurement systems across supportive housing programs, primary care clinics, outpatient substance use treatment programs, emergency shelter, employment services, and community-based occupational therapy.

Christiana brings a decade of experience in nonprofit data and research, working with executive and senior leadership, team managers, and service delivery staff to provide innovative data management, technology, and insights that measurably improve program quality and program effectiveness. Christiana is also a passionate advocate for strengthening the human services sector’s ability to leverage data, research, and evaluation for meaningful change. Her recent sector-level work includes research on hoteling interventions for people experiencing homelessness during the Covid-19 pandemic. She is committed to collaborative, responsive evaluation and measurement approaches that center the voices and perspectives of those with lived experience.

Outside of work, she devotes time to mentorship and volunteering with underserved youth in New York City.
