Kevin Patterson

Kevin Patterson leads facilities management for ICL’s 50 locations. He has 20 years of experience in property management, tenant relations, and construction—including international project management. He has been recognized for his inspiring leadership and for building world-class teams at multiple organizations. His construction management expertise includes overseeing large-scale projects—ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiencies. He has a significant professional background in the domestic violence and shelter sector, having served as Director of Facilities at Safe Horizon where he played a crucial role in managing facilities and ensuring the safety and security of all occupants.

In addition to his role as Senior Vice President of Facilities Management at ICL, Kevin is actively involved with the organization Building Owners & Managers New York.
