Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)

Institute for Community Living (ICL) provides homes in the community for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). These residences, licensed by the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), ensure that people live in integrated environments where they can interact with others and participate in the life of the community in a variety of ways —including through religious organizations, social organizations, and volunteering.

We offer 24/7 dedicated, lifelong support for the people we serve—including:
