Rondel Boodram

Chief Financial Officer

Rondel Boodram is a highly accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of progressive experience in fiscal operations within the not-for-profit sector. He has expertise in accounting, procurement, real estate development, and real property management. In September 2024, he joined ICL’s executive team as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, facilities, and entitlement units. In his previous role, Rondel served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer at Win. In his dual role, he was responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including financial planning, risk management, audit, procurement, real estate expansion, construction oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives. 

Over Rondel’s 25-year tenure in not-for-profit childcare, health care, and social service sectors, Rondel has established himself as a trusted executive partner with C-suite colleagues, board members, and other key stakeholders. With his demonstrated ability to cross-functionally collaborate, streamline business operations that promote growth, increase efficiency, and surpass compliance with governing oversight, he has been instrumental in driving systematic growth, ensuring sound fiscal operations, developing and implementing financial controls, and process improvements, and championing change management.

He holds an MBA from St John’s University and several post-graduate certifications in executive leadership, process improvement, facilitation, construction safety training, etc. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rondel is deeply involved in community service as a dedicated activist promoting literacy and offering pro bono tax consulting services. He also contributes to the Jamaica Rotary and Queens Community Lions Club as an engaged member.
