Eileen Ryan-Williams, CPA, CGMA, has more than 35 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, leading teams, and driving initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and growth. She has worked with a variety of organizations in the areas of arts & entertainment, healthcare, social services, and real estate development, providing her expertise in management, budgeting, financial statement reporting, regulatory compliance, taxes, auditing, and accounting. Eileen also briefly worked in public accounting, providing professional services to the nonprofit community.

In previous roles, Eileen has served as vice president of finance, controller, and director of finance for organizations such as ADAPT Community Network (formerly United Cerebral Palsy), Women In Need, Teach For America, The Apollo Theater, and Urban Health Plan. In these roles, she created internal controls, oversaw audits, ensured regulatory compliance, and executed general accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

As the senior vice president of finance at ICL, Eileen’s focus is to increase operational efficiencies, oversee regulatory reporting and advance ICL’s organizational goals through collaborative partnerships across various departments.
