Laura Savino, LCSW-R
Senior Vice President of Care Management

Laura joined ICL in 2021 as Vice President of ACT Programs. In July 2024, she stepped into the role of Acting Senior Vice President of Care Management and was officially appointed to the position in February 2025. In her current role, Laura oversees a wide range of programs, including seven ACT teams, six IMT teams, a comprehensive Health Homes department, the Brownsville Safety Alliance, the CORE/HCBS program, and the innovative Step-down to Personal Success (STEPS) initiative.
Before joining ICL, Laura served as Director of ACT Services at Postgraduate Center for Mental Health and held leadership roles at Lantern Community Services and Palladia, Inc. She earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Group Work from Hunter College School of Social Work in 2011.
Laura is deeply committed to advancing equitable, person-centered care and fostering team environments where creativity, compassion and a sense of humor thrive. She is passionate about developing innovative models that meet people where they are and help them build meaningful, self-directed lives.
