The Department of Housing Preservation and Development on Tuesday announced plans to partner with three companies, one of which is minority-led and the other helmed by a woman, in converting a 17,145-square-foot Fort Greene, Brooklyn, parking lot into affordable housing for low-income seniors and homeless New Yorkers.
