Conversations on the Block with Ms. Pat Robinson

ICL Chief Operating Officer Dr. Troy J. Boyle joined Pat Robinson on 94.7 The Block to discuss New York City’s $4.5 million investment to expand ICL’s STEPS program citywide. STEPS fills a critical gap in the behavioral health system by helping New Yorkers maintain stability after intensive mental health treatment, while opening capacity in higher-intensity programs for people who urgently need that level of care.
