How Nonprofits Can Identify And Manage Virtual Volunteer Opportunities

Over the last few years, many organizations have largely adopted remote work in its various forms. With digital transformation enabling employers to build dispersed workforces and allow for more flexible schedules, expanding virtual work opportunities to also include volunteers could be incredibly beneficial for nonprofits with limited resources.

However, before making any concrete changes, nonprofit leaders must consider how to best implement virtual volunteer programs with long-term connection and viability in mind.
