On July 17th, 18th, and 19th ICL hosted three surveyors from CARF International. CARF International is an accreditation organization whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of the persons served. CARF applies best practice standards in the area of administrative functions, general program standards, specific standards to residential and outpatient services and standards for children and adolescents.
