As a trusted partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders, Jessica collaborates cross-functionally to implement HR strategies that enhance workforce engagement, streamline operations, and support organizational growth.  Her ability to align people practices with business objectives has been instrumental in driving measurable improvements in retention, employee satisfaction, and overall performance. 

Jessica holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University.  Her leadership supports ICL’s mission by fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.
