ICL’s Leadership Council consists of a dynamic group of individuals who are committed to
supporting and advancing ICL’s mission to help New Yorkers with behavioral health challenges
live healthy and fulfilling lives.

The Leadership Council is comprised of distinguished members from various fields who bring a
wealth of experience, knowledge, and influence. Unlike our Board of Directors, which holds
