DR. TROY BOYLE

Senior Vice President of Care Management

Dr. Troy Boyle began his work in community mental health care in New York City in 1998, working in the city’s shelter system, supportive housing, and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs. Before joining ICL, Dr. Boyle was Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at CRF Behavioral Health in San Diego County, Calif., where he served for 18 years. His portfolio included supportive housing, ACT teams, short-term acute residential treatment, and crisis stabilization teams. 

Dr. Boyle holds a Master of Social Work from New York University (NYU) and a doctoral degree in Social Welfare from Yeshiva University. He has been honored as the San Diego County Behavioral Health’s Supportive Housing “Person of the Year” in 2018 and as a Crain’s 2024 Notable LGBTQIA+ Leader.
