ICL Connects program is a joint effort between ICL and Mother Cabrini Foundation that connects people to housing support, nutritious meals, health care, and mental health services. The pandemic has increased demand for mental health services and has affected everyone, even people without a diagnosis. And the best way to help people is through a whole health approach.
