Our Impact
Twice each year, ICL conducts Healthy Living and Satisfaction Surveys where clients provide important information to guide our work.
Year after year, the results show that what we are doing is making a difference.
As of December 2023, 96% of our behavioral health clients believed they had the power to make changes to improve their physical and 94% believed they had the power to make changes to their mental health.
These outcomes encourage us to continue on the track of whole health care to achieve greater wellness.
In 2017, SAMHSA (federal office for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration) selected ICL as one of only three organizations from around the country for its Excellence in Wellness Award for our impact on the health of people living with mental illness and substance abuse.
Each year, ICL conducts a Consumer Satisfaction Survey with our clients. The results of this survey provide us with important information that guides our work.
These outcomes encourage us to continue serving our communities with whole health care solutions that make an important difference in people’s lives.
