Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT)

IMT provides treatment and support services for people with frequent contact with the mental health, substance use, criminal justice, and homeless services systems.

Our goal is to offer sustained engagement for people with histories of complex and continued trauma who may be highly transient either within the community ‐ between residences, shelters, or boroughs ‐ or between the community and institutional settings such as jails or hospitals. We work to reduce incidents of violence and/or criminal justice involvement and promote social inclusion and a sense of individual responsibility.

To learn about referrals and eligibility for IMT, contact  ICL HOPE Center at
(844) ICL-HOPE | (844) 425-4673 or iclhope@iclinc.org or the program directly.
