ICL Joins Project Hope

January 21, 2013

The Project HOPE Crisis Counseling Program offers New Yorkers affected by Hurricane Sandy free, confidential crisis counseling services. Project HOPE was created to help individuals, families, and groups cope after the storm in November 2012. ICL has joined Project HOPE as a provider.
