ICL Returns Home After Hurricane Sandy

Almost three months to the day of Hurricane Sandy, the Institute for Community Living (ICL) is happy to announce that we have returned home to our corporate offices located at 40 Rector Street in New York City. The “moving back” process was implemented in phases, with all departments expected to be up and running by Tuesday, January 22nd.

ICL is grateful for the support it has received from JPMorgan Chase and the staff at MetroTech Center in Brooklyn for their kindness and generosity throughout these trying months.Another special thank you to Gregory Burke at Lane Office and the Interpublic Group of Companies for donating desks and chairs for our temporary offices at Metrotech. We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to both Chris Didden of JPMorgan Chase and Mark Spector of the NYCEDC for their expedience with finalizing the contract for our temporary home, enabling us to resume providing support and services to some of the most vulnerable New Yorkers.
