Youth and Young Adult Housing
We serve young people with serious emotional disturbances and mental illness in specialized community residences in Brooklyn. Many have lived away from families for years, in institutional or foster care settings that have left them unprepared for adult life. Residences offer emotional support, help with independent living skills and counseling to strengthen ties with families.

Linden House
This structured, therapeutic, home‐like environment serves youth 14 to 17 years‐old with serious emotional disturbances. The program offers skills and ongoing support to achieve educational and employment goals and to progress to more independent living in the community or, where appropriate, to return home.
Livonia Avenue Residence
This community residence in a multi‐unit apartment building is staffed 24/7 and provides case management, counseling, daily living skills, crisis support, and education, job and housing guidance and has a specialized program for young adults 18 to 26 years old.
Myrtle Avenue Residence
This community residence in a new, multi‐level building with single apartments, is staffed 24/7 and provides case management, counseling, crisis support, and education, job and housing guidance. Within the residence is a specialized program for young adults 18 to 26 years old.
