Family Housing
A special residential program is geared to families who have experienced homelessness; many are living with mental illness and substance use. Our understanding of the impact of generations of poverty and other traumatic experiences is incorporated into programs and services.
Emerson‐Davis
This residence is for single parents seeking to regain custody of their children or at high risk for losing custody. A range of support services tailored to each family’s needs might include case management, counseling, parenting skills training, employment services, and childcare. When possible, we help families move on to apartments in the surrounding community while continuing services and involvement in the ICL community at Emerson.
