A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
On October 1, 2021, I joined ICL as President & CEO. I am excited and honored to lead an organization with a 35-year track of record of helping thousands of people get better each year. During my career as a senior executive in New York City government and non-profit organizations, ICL consistently stood out as an innovative provider with extraordinary success working with community partners to improve health outcomes.
Once a traditional behavioral health organization, ICL has evolved into a whole health provider to meet the growing and complex needs of the people we serve.
We provide behavioral health and primary care, and we also address the social determinants of health, such as housing, food security and social services. We do so by remaining true to bedrock principles: to be trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-centered.
As the impact of COVID continues to exacerbate the health, economic and social inequities in our City, we at ICL understand the critical nature of our work. We are steadfast in our commitment to being a model of best practices for whole-person health and integrated care.
For those seeking services, you have our commitment that we will meet you where you are with expertise and compassion.
For those seeking employment, we are committed to a work culture that is inclusive and kind, and where people feel seen and appreciated for who they are and the work they do.
And for those who invest in our mission by making a donation, we are deeply appreciative of your generosity and promise to be a thoughtful steward of your support.
